U of A Agronomy Building

The University of Alberta Agronomy Building is a 9500 ft2 field research centre located near St. Albert built for the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences (ALES). The building is a "Green Globes Project" and is heated and cooled using an 18 borehole geothermal system. The building also features a high efficiency dual core Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) which provides fresh air to the building while recovering up to 90% of the energy from the exhaust air stream.

Revolve Engineering designed and oversaw construction of the geothermal system including the indoor manifolds and coordinated all aspects of the system, including connection to the building heat pumps, with both the Mechanical consultant as well as the Mechanical contractor.
